Roma Finance expands team with new Lending Manager
Roma Finance, the Manchester-based bridging and development finance lender, has announced another new Lending Manager appointment, Lorraine Hart, as the company looks to continue its success in the bridging and development finance market.
Lorraine is a highly experienced finance professional with 19 years in the industry. Previous roles include working at unsecured and secured lender Beneficial Finance and as a branch manager for both the Co-operative Bank and Secured Trust Bank.
She has proven expertise in Customer and Borrower Relationship Management, Business Development, Audit, Compliance and Underwriting.
On her new role, Lorraine comments: “I am very passionate about building key introducer relationships, and that I give the best service possible to them and their borrowers. It’s important to help make the bridging finance process as easy as possible to help grow the business.”
Lorraine will provide one point of contact for introducers and assist them with cases from initial enquiry to completion and be able to manage transactions to offer updates as the cases progress.
