Roma Finance is an independent lender backed by a number of well-known blue chip UK financial institutions and we are members of the main industry trade bodies including FIBA, NACFB and the ASTL.

We provide fast, short term bridging loans at market-leading rates from £30k to £2m secured by 1st or 2nd charges on residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Our bridging finance can be used for property projects such as renovations, change of use, property auction purchases and ground-up developments, helping to maximise the returns from a project.

We now offer a 5-year mortgage to acquire investment property, such as buy to let and HMO investments, or to exit a bridging loan.
