Roma Finance has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of James Parker as Operations Director, supporting the lender’s continued growth and long-term strategic ambitions.
James joins Roma Finance with a wealth of experience implementing commercial strategies, relationship management and business development. Prior to joining Roma Finance, James held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Computershare Loan Services.
Having worked closely with the Roma Finance board over recent months, James has already played an instrumental role in supporting the business’ continued growth, including contributing to the completion of the JP Morgan funding line which will support the lender’s long-term ambitions.
The enhanced funding capability has already enabled Roma Finance to launch its commercial mortgage proposition, with plans to introduce additional long-term products in the near future. These developments form part of the lender’s strategy to expand its offering and support borrowers throughout the full property lifecycle.
James’ role will see him supporting the wider business as Roma Finance continues to grow, helping to strengthen operational processes and support the delivery of new products and strategic initiatives.
