Standard Interest Rate

Loans funded after 1st October 2017, will have a Discounted Interest Rate for a fixed period of time which can be as low as 0.44% per month, after which they will revert to our Standard Interest Rate for the remainder of the term.  The Standard Interest Rate is currently is 2% per month.  We will only make changes to the Standard Interest Rate if our cost of funding materially increases and we will write to our customers giving not less than 30 days’ notice of any changes.

We have a suite of solutions that caters for almost everyone looking to source finance for property development and refurbishment. We’ll also be flexible in a way that allows us to win more business when the project is assessed and deemed to be viable.

Key Product Criteria

LTVs go up to 75%, although 100% funding (or more) is available with additional security.  We offer loans from £30,000 to £1.5m and can lend on either a 1st or 2nd charge basis.

Acceptable Client Types

Our flexible products mean we can consider lending to most client types including those that are employed, self-employed, landlords, property developers, company owners and entrepreneurs who are UK residents.

We will lend to Individuals as well as Partnerships, LLP’s and Limited Companies as long as we can meet the borrower(s) prior to completion.
