Hard Hats to Heels exists to inspire, connect and empower women across property, construction and business, creating a supportive space where meaningful relationships are build and opportunities are shared. The community plays a vital role in helping to close the gender gap in industries that have traditionally been male-dominated, championing confidence, collaboration and long-term success.

What began as a regional initiative has grown into a thriving national network, now operating across 15 locations throughout the UK, including Birmingham, London, Manchester and Leeds.

Alongside regular in-person events, Hard Hats to Heels offers opportunities for members to become local hosts and lead their own networks, as well as an annual retreat for women in property and business.
