(Manchester based) Roma Finance is set to continue its partnership with Property Elevator – the TV show that gives budding property developers the chance to team up with investor ‘Angels’ for exclusive access to funding and expertise.

The programme, which is now in its seventh series and available to view on Amazon Prime for the first time in 2025, will feature Roma’s managing director, Scott Marshall as one of six Angels. With over 20 years’ experience in the property finance industry, Marshall will appear alongside property experts John Howard, Ranjan Bhattacharya, Nicholas Wallwork and Paul Mahoney who have been with the programme since its inception in 2019, and Hayley Andrews who joined with Marshall in series six.

Applications for the 8th series of the show open on 1st February 2025 for those who have purchased property and now require funding, have agreed a purchase on, or have even just spotted a development opportunity that they would like to bring to the Angels. Filming is due to start in March 2025 with a release date still to be confirmed.

John Howard, Property Elevator Angel, said: “Having worked with Roma Finance in the past, I know first-hand what a great company it is and how much it supports customers far beyond lending. Scott and the team have a wealth of experience in small to medium sized property developments and willingly share this insight to the benefit of each and every customer. Scott has appeared on the show as a guest Angel to great success, and we are delighted to welcome him to the main panel of investor Angels for series seven.”

Scott Marshall, Managing Director of Roma Finance, said: “Being a part of Property Elevator sits perfectly with the ethos at Roma – we welcome SME housebuilders and entrepreneurial property developers who are looking to create wealth through property. We not only provide a range of funding options, we also work closely with our customers to ensure they get the best advice throughout the life cycle of their project, and exit having achieved their property ambitions.

“We have been the lending standpoint for the programme for two series now, and I am very much looking forward to being a regular face on the show as well as playing a role in providing a vital platform for property investors to seek financial and professional support. It offers a really unique opportunity for individuals looking to enter the property development world, or for existing landlords to further expand their portfolio – so get those applications in, we can’t wait to get started!”
