Roma Finance has been awarded Best Landlord Product of the Year at the Property Reporter Awards 2023.
The award has been received for Roma’s Customer for Life process which allows a property developer or investor to take their project from end to end, using various finance products. For example a borrower could start a project on a flat piece of land with a development loan and once the structures reached a wind and watertight stage, move it to a developer exit loan; a type of bridge. This can be arranged at application stage to allow for an easy product transfer and for the borrower to finish the project on a less expensive loan.
