Roma Finance, the ‘borrower first’ lender has appointed Sonia Mann as head of field sales and to the senior leadership team.

Sonia has been in the financial services market for 26 years with a focus on building relationships and understanding the needs of partners and customers. Sonia joins the business from CrowdProperty and will be responsible for the overall implementation of the key sales strategies and relationships, providing the ‘borrower first’ experience to all.

Roma loves to lend and is focussed on creating a personal journey for partners and borrowers and the business continues to experience break to records month on month. The business has plans to become a £350 million business and Sonia’s appointment marks a key date in these growth plans.
